Meditation and Healing...some random thoughts....meditation/power of mind/mind travels here and there/located no place-as we can learn from dzogchen views...development of unconditional love-to love all as our mothers...this we can learn from chod practise...time each day to direct healing via the travelling mind powered by the healing powers of Love...total relaxation...deeply sensing the Cherokee proverb "All is Well"...check out unified field theory, zero point energy...prana-the energy of energy...same thing. It is already a miracle that you live...extend that energy to those whom appear to be dying...be not your personal identity-do yoga (union/guru yoga) with the Master Healer....that is you...make peace with yourself...love yourself so much it spills over onto everyone you meet...heal everything all the time.
