To all Presenters and Program Collaborators:
Thank you for accepting our invitation to participate in the InterSpiritual Service on November 22nd. This Discussion provides the latest Program details and will allow each of you to comment with questions or suggestions to enhance the experience for all.
Please review the 5 items that are summarized below, and check out the attachment for a more complete summary of our intentions and expectations.
1. Plan to arrive at St Patrick Church before 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 22nd. The church is located one block north of the corner of Roanoke and Broadway Ave E (http://www.stpatsseattle.org/churchlocation.html).
2. Design your presentation to fit within 4 minutes. We have chosen breadth over depth this year and hope that by including many traditions all will experience the richness of One Spirit.
3. Invite members of your choir to come in their traditional choral dress and join with our mixed choir for this occasion. We ask that choir members arrive at St. Patrick Church at 1:00 p.m. for one full choral practice. Have your choir members click here for MP3 files of the three songs AND click here for chord charts for the songs.
4. Bring as many members of your community as you can to witness this special celebration (this is an official Pre-Parliament of the World's Religions event and an affirmation of the timely launch of the Charter For Compassion).
5. URGENT – review the still tentative Program that is attached and advise Karen Lindquist ASAP of any edits you would like to include in the final copy.
