Voices of Compassion Part XXV

Enjoy the 25th installment of entries collected from the population of Davis, California, USA: Compassion, to me, is understanding that all things have causes... all actions have roots in the past, roots that connect us all. None of us are to blame, and yet none of us are free of responsibility. Therefore, we should care for one another, and see yourself in the other. Compassion, co-passion, feeling together. Feeling what others feel, connected to others. Feeling part of the interconnectedness…See More

About a year ago self-published a portion of those responses in a compilation book and since then people offer their gratitude on how it's affected them after reading it and also the different ways it's been used--most recently a son bought it for his mother and she used it in a lesson…See More

Hi David - thanks so much for the approach and the video link, which I have passed on to my various networks (in education and elsewhere)... am sorry I have taken so long to reply/acknowledge - am in the middle of moving and my house/office space is a mess and there's been no time/space to focus on anything other than the domestic... that will change in the next week or so... again, thank you....

Thanks David. Imho, a professional videographer in your area should do at least a brief story on your good work.
