Hi Kymberlee, I was looking for you with the wrong spelling... I'm so glad you connected. You were an angel, helping out with such a kind and giving spirit. You kept offering help and that was such a great example of compassionate action! ;^)…

Both as an artist and in my work as an expressive arts practitioner and workshop leader, I bring a focus on being loving and compassionate towards the self through self-expression and acceptance.

It is my deeply held belief that as we release the polarity within and accept the myriad aspects of ourselves, the fabric of the collective will heal and we will naturally become more compassionate and loving towards others.

Hi - I am writing to ask for your support in creating a compassionate world. When I started the Compassionate Action Network I was hoping that social networks could be part of how we activate the will and find a way to make just and lasting change. I am grateful that you joined this network and I sincerely hope that it has made some difference in your life and your community.

It was the action part of compassionate action that got my attention. So now I invite you to be part of taking another step forward together. I ask that you take two minutes to join the 10 Year Campaign for Compassionate Cities if you haven’t already.

We need 1,000 people to join by March 15 to have the Mayor and City Council follow through on their end. If you personally join the campaign and share or send this on to others we will take a big collective step forward in building our capacity to make change happen. This is not just another petition, what you do will make a difference. You can learn more about this here

You don’t need to be a Seattle resident to join this campaign, and this idea is spreading. Campaigns have started or are starting in Vancouver, BC, Bellingham, Bellevue, Issaquah, Spokane, Portland, San Francisco, and London.

If there ever was a time to stand together and affirm that what each of us does and does not do makes a difference it is now. I ask that you find the time to add your name to the growing list of people awakening compassion in our cities and our world. Join here now

You kept offering help and that was such a great example of compassionate action! ;^) We wrapped up the night around 7:30. I was ready to put my feet up and Jon met with out of towners for dinner. We are both so energized and inspired by the participation of the community. Stay tuned, there's more to come. Let me know if you want to talk or need a haircut. All the best, Tova
